Resolving Engagement Plug-in Issues After Adobe Acrobat Upgrade

Issue:
After upgrading Adobe Acrobat, users may experience issues with the CCH Engagement plug-in not working properly.

Cause:
The upgrade of Adobe Acrobat may interfere with the proper functioning of the Engagement plug-in.

Resolution:

To resolve this issue, follow these steps to repair the Engagement software:

Open the Control Panel.
Navigate to Programs > Programs and Features.
Locate CCH ProSystem fx Engagement in the list.
Right-click the application and select Repair (or click Change and then choose Repair).
Follow the prompts to complete the repair process.
Restart your computer after the repair is complete.

Additional Notes:

Ensure that all instances of Adobe Acrobat and Engagement are closed before beginning the repair.
This process reinstalls missing or corrupted files and re-registers the plug-in.
