S Drive not showing
Problem: S Drive not showing and the Sharefile Icon not seen in system tray. Running Sharefile for Windows does not help.
1. From Services, the Sharefile for Windows service was stopped.
2. From Task manner, End Task on both Sharefile and Sharefile for Windows processes.
3. Restarted Sharefile service.
4. Ran Sharefile for Windows app and the S: drive reappeared and the icon showed up in system tray.
